How do I customize my jewelry?

What is the manufacturing and delivery time?
Each piece of jewelry is engraved to order in our workshop within 5 to 7 business days, then shipped within 3 to 7 days in France (delivery free for purchases over €60).
Is engraving included in the price?
Yes, engraving is free on all engravable jewelry — no extra cost.
Can I engrave both sides of my jewelry?
Yes, depending on the chosen model, you can customize the front and back.
What characters, dates, or symbols can I engrave?
Letters, numbers, accents, dates, and most common symbols (heart, infinity, star...), depending on the chosen model.
Can I choose the engraving font?
Yes, several writing styles are available directly in the preview, to be chosen according to the jewelry.
Does the render match the preview?
The preview is very accurate, but slight variations may exist depending on the metal and laser engraving.
Can I change my customization after I've placed my order?
Yes, as long as the engraving has not started. Please contact us promptly at hello@aurelkeepsakes.com.
Can I return a personalized piece of jewelry?
In accordance with French law, an engraved piece of jewellery cannot be returned or refunded once the customisation has been validated, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Please check your engraving carefully in the preview before confirming your order.
