Every AUREL jewelry piece is carefully prepared in our workshop before being shipped. Here's everything you need to know about delivery times, rates, and how to track your order.

Delivery is now free for all orders shipped within metropolitan France, regardless of the amount. The indicated times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Insured VIP Delivery
A VIP Delivery option (loss, breakage, and theft insurance) is available at checkout for €7.90, for complete peace of mind on valuable shipments.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also track your package at any time on our Track My Order page.
Shipping Address
You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information provided when ordering. AUREL cannot be held responsible for a delay or inability to deliver resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address.
Delay or Unreceived Package
If your package has not been received within a reasonable time after shipment, please contact us at hello@aurelkeepsakes.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier to find a solution as quickly as possible.
Personalized Jewelry
Personalized creations (engravings, custom designs) require additional preparation time before shipping. Manufacturing time is indicated on each product page where applicable.
Your rights: In accordance with Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code, we undertake to deliver your order within the deadlines indicated above, and at the latest within 30 days if no specific deadline is given. If this deadline is significantly exceeded, you may, in accordance with Article L216-2, formally request us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and then, failing that, cancel the sale and obtain a full refund. The risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to you only upon receipt of the order.
