AUREL Commercial Warranty — 6 months

Our jewelry comes with a 6-month commercial warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects or non-conformity issues.

What it covers:

• manufacturing defects;
• material defects;
• personalization errors attributable to AUREL.

In the event of a confirmed defect, AUREL will offer, depending on the case, product replacement, repair, or a credit/refund.

What it does not cover: normal wear and tear, scratches, impacts or drops, misuse, inadequate maintenance, excessive exposure to water/chlorine/chemicals, modifications or repairs carried out by a third party, or loss/theft of the product.

Your Legal Warranties

Regardless of this commercial warranty, you are also covered by two free and mandatory legal warranties, which the commercial warranty does not replace:

• The legal conformity warranty (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) — valid for 2 years from the delivery of the goods.
• The warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code) — valid for 2 years from the discovery of the defect.

How to make a claim

Write to us at hello@aurelkeepsakes.com including:

• your order number;
• a description of the problem encountered;
• photographs of the product concerned.

Our team will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible.

Our 316L stainless steel jewelry with 18K gold PVD finish is designed to last. To preserve its shine: avoid prolonged contact with perfumes and chemicals, remove the jewelry during intense sporting activities, store it in its case when not worn, and clean it regularly with a soft cloth.
